The camp emphasises on technical skills designed to review drills, starts, turns, and finishes to get you race ready.
Includes: Daily swimming and dryland training (mobility, strength, and body awareness) 1 pool session, plus dryland warm-up (additional swim sessions available upon request)
A selection of workshops: goal setting, mindset, breath work, yoga, strength and circuit training, nutritional aXdvice, recovery, and injury prevention (additional fees apply for workshops).
